The following may be said of this year's candidate:

In spite of his tender age, he left the nest long ago and has flown on his own wings across most of Europe, and as far as we know, to the other side of the pond, too, where he has played with many who have been much bigger and much stronger than he. Even so, he has managed very well thanks to a well-developed "bill" that, when opened, still sounds North Norwegian.

Even though he was at first fascinated and dazzled by life down south, he later realised, as did the poet, that "Most things are North!" and he now emerges as one of Bodø's most high profile ambassadors. Indeed, why not call him Ambassadeur de Bodø Grand Prix.    

On these grounds the Board of the Sea Eagle Club of Bodø unanimously recommends that the Annual General Meeting appoint

PER SUNDNES as honorary member No. 14 of the world's best and one and only Sea Eagle Club.
